It's Feb!! 2nd 5H outing

Hello People!!!

Have been busy with my P4 class and not been logging in. Can see that this blog is still active. So happy!!!!

Anyway, i still see many of you in school. Despite the fact that you are all busy with your overloaded work, you still look so happy. heehee

Here's something for everyone to look forward to. Let's have our second 5H outing!!!!

Shall we do it on 19 Mar (thur)? I need ideas for the outing!!! Bearing in mind that we are quite limited in our choices considering the fact that your parents may be worried if we go too far. If in future, when you are older, we may be able to go somewhere far (that is if you would still want an auntie like me to follow).

So, we have like one and a half month to our next outing. Here're some options

1) Someone's house (can someone volunteer his/her house?)
2) causeway pt - movie cum mac
3) vista park - we just play some games and do a little catch-up

Class gathering at Pretty Teacher's house - 5 Dec 08

I was overwhelmed by the good response for the first 5H class gathering! about 22 of you turned up and turned my house upside down! hahaha

Some of us were playing the PS3, some of us were playing card games, some of us were playing games like bite the bag and limbo rock. Then we had an amazing race at the park downstairs. After which, we also played Bingo where some of us won some prizes. We ended with a xmas gift exchange.

I must express my gratitude to all of you who made the gathering possible
1) Wendy, Ashvinee, Syakirah and Saraniya for the games they organised - actually, I was very impressed with the team for coming up with a detailed planning of the game. It was indeed a good effort!!! I'm sure the team learnt a lot from the planning huh?

2) Joey and her call centre team for the contact network and ensure that the whole class got the message,

3) Mrs Kwan and Ms Mine for coming to hold the fort and contribute to the food.

4) Nic Toh for taking photos - Nic, I must say that your skills are getting beta! there are a few shots which I really like cos of the angle you took it from!

5) and of cos ALL OF YOU WHO TURNED UP!! cos you really made my day!!!! Was telling stuart that we could have a gathering every sch holiday. so, we can look forward to the next one but i would need someone to be the leader to organise. Any takers? Ok, here are some pics taken on the day.

The long awaited class gathering!

Hey people, sorry for MIAing for so long. Have been recovering well at home.

Here we are! Class gathering on 5 Dec 08 (Fri)! 1pm - 3pm will be at my house, 3pm - 5pm at Isaiah's house. You need to confirm with the respective leaders for the "call centre" whether you are coming to my house and/or Isaiah's house.

Details like where and what time to meet will be given nearer next Fri.

Meantime, you can think of activities we can do in my and Isaiah's house - boardgames, cardgames silly games etc........

Heritage Trail - Little India

A heritage trail to Little India on 6 Nov (Thur). It was a hot and humid day. We walked into the alleys in Little India and learnt more about this interesting place.

 had a fun Mac Party on 7 Nov (Fri). Well, since the last period of the day was Pretty Teacher's period, we used that half an hour to feast. Here are the pictures taken for the event.

5H class outing

5H pple listen up!

I promised that we will have a class outing after the exams. Well, although the class often makes me angry, a promise is a promise. And I certainly will look forward to a fun outing with you guys. What happen in class stays in class. When we are out of the class, I hope we can be good friends too. Ok lah, although I am older that all of you, I'm still young at heart ok?

So, here's the plan. Let's brainstorm for ideas for our class outing. Then I will choose a few of the ideas and we will vote. Here're some suggestions I can think of

1) BBQ (the ground floor of my block has this BBQ pit, we can use that. Or we can go east coast but bit far)

2) Pinic - we can fly kites, cycle or have some games (east coast park, marina park)

3) Bowling

4) Sentosa

Expenses are definitely paid by yourselves. But your pretty teacher here can sponser some of the things if need be. So let's post some ideas and see what we can do after exams
